Where doing it yourself ends
There are a few points where the do-it-yourself path runs out, and they are worth naming honestly:
- You want the web version of the command center. The markdown page is genuinely useful, but a live web dashboard you can pull up on your phone is a small software build. Some people enjoy that. Many do not.
- You want this to run a whole team, not just you. Everything here is the owner layer: your system, for you. Extending the same memory, habits, and dashboards across a team is a bigger project, with new questions about who writes what and who approves what.
- You want it faster, without the trial and error. You can absolutely get here on your own. It just takes weeks of iterating. Sometimes the time is worth buying back.
