List the businesses, projects, or major workstreams you want to see. Separate them with commas.
Where does the work live today?
Choose every place that contains useful project information. Nothing will be connected or imported yet.
What must the Command Center show?
The five operational sections are selected by default. Add or remove anything before continuing.
Where should we send the starter kit?
Paste this into Claude Code.
Claude will inspect your current files and show you its plan before creating anything. Read the plan, then approve only what looks right.
You will know it worked when
- Claude shows you what it intends to create before writing.
COMMAND-CENTER.mdexists inside your hub folder.- Your businesses or workstreams appear without invented statuses.
- The page shows approvals, attention, progress, recent completions, and next actions.
- Claude asks which real project you want to import first.
If something feels wrong
Claude cannot create the files
You are probably in the regular Claude app. Open Claude Code and paste the setup there.
The Command Center is empty
That is expected until you point Claude to one real project. Start with the project you touch most often.
The information becomes outdated
Use the refresh instruction Claude creates at the end of future work sessions.
