Describe the customer you are best for in plain words: who they are, what kind of business, and the moment they need you. One or two sentences is enough.
Where do you reach them?
Choose every channel you can realistically use. Nothing will be sent or connected. This just shapes the playbook Claude writes for you.
What do you sell, and what should the engine build?
First, the painful problem you solve and your offer. Then pick the pieces to generate. All five are selected by default.
Where should we send the starter kit?
Paste this into Claude Code.
Claude will show you its plan before creating anything. Read the plan, then approve only what looks right. Nothing gets sent to a real person.
You will know it worked when
- Claude shows you what it intends to create before writing.

ICP.mddescribes your customer, their pains, and where to find them. - A
prospects.mdtracker exists with columns and a few example rows. - You get real draft messages in your voice for each channel you picked.
- Claude asks for the first five real prospects to add to the tracker.
If something feels wrong
Claude cannot create the files
You are probably in the regular Claude app. Open Claude Code and paste the setup there.
The messages sound generic
Paste two or three things you have actually written. Claude matches your voice far better with real samples than with a description.
It offered to send something
It should not. The setup tells it to draft only. Keep sending in your own hands until you trust the drafts.
